I was always active growing up. I was involved in basketball and track in high school. I also discovered mountain biking during high school and fell in love with it. It wasn’t until I joined the Navy that I truly realized I had a love of fitness. I couldn’t get enough! I got my first experience as a coach/trainer in the Navy also, when I became the physical fitness coordinator for my division. I enjoyed helping people reach their goals and become healthier. Over the years, I’ve participated in many different types of activities. Everything from bodybuilding, power lifting, and strongman, to triathlons. I love all of them! This would become the basis for my interest in CrossFit. I think it’s great that CrossFit not only includes aspects of many of these activities but also benefits all of them, and more! The thing I enjoy most about CrossFit is the community, especially here at CrossFit 91:10. We are a family, and I love it, i also love THE ABILITY TO ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS SUCCESS!
