  • max effort thrusters (65/95): one partner goes until they can't. As soon as they put the bar down partner picks it up and goes. Score is total number or reps done.


  • For Time:
  • 1 mile run every minute do 10 walking lunges.
  • *Winning team from AMRAP only does half a mile*
