What is boot camp?
Boot camp is a 6 week long fitness program to help get you into the best shape possible through fitness classes and nutrition guidance. We have specifically designed classes that will help burn body fat and get you looking the way you want to. You do not have to have any prior fitness experience to join.
WHen is boot camp?
Boot camp starts October 14th and goes until November 22nd. The classes will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm. This is a great way to get in shape and build good healthy habits before the holiday season.
HOw much is boot camp?
Boot camp costs $200 for all 6 weeks (equal to $4.76 per day - the cost of a Starbucks coffee!) Plus, if you lose the most inches and weight at the end of the 6 weeks, we will refund you 100% of your money. The harder you work, the more it will pay off!
