Who we are...

 

CrossFit 91:10 is named after the Warrior’s Psalm… Psalm 91 and we chose verse 10 because it reads "no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent". Merriam Webster defines a warrior as “a person who fights in battles and is known for having courage and skill.”  We aren’t trying to make combat soldiers out of anyone, but we do want to instill in you a warrior’s strength – both physical and mental.  The skills you learn in class don’t just apply to the gym, they apply to your daily life. we want to build up athletes who's fitness is not limited to the gym. fitness is applicable to all areas of life and we want you to be ready for anything and everything that comes your way. We at crossfit 91:10 are here for you.  We genuinely want you to improve in health and fitness, and we honestly care about you. We want to develop friendships and a community. Our 3 core values are commitment, heart, and community. just remember all we ask is all you've got!

MY NAME IS ERIN AND I AM THE OWNER AND HEAD TRAINER OF CrossFit 91:10. I  SPENT 12 YEARS AS A COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADER AND 2 YEARS AS A NCAA CERTIFIED CHEER COACH. AFTER I STOPPED COACHING I DECIDED TO PURSUE MY PASSION FOR FITNESS BY OPENING fitness 91. I AM A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER THROUGH NASM (NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SPORTS MEDICINE, I am a certified crossfit level 2 trainer, I AM FIRST AID AND CPR CERTIFIED THROUGH THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION, and have my emt-intermediate licence. THE GYM HAS BEEN OPEN FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND WE ARE SO EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE! MY PASSION IS TO CHANGE LIVES THROUGH FITNESS. I LOVE WHAT I DO AND I LOVE MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE'S LIVES. I WANT TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS AND HELP YOU MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE! 

My name is Jeff and I was always active growing up. I was involved in basketball and track in high school. I also discovered mountain biking during high school and fell in love with it. It wasn’t until I joined the Navy that I truly realized I had a love of fitness. I couldn’t get enough! I got my first experience as a coach/trainer in the Navy also, when I became the physical fitness coordinator for my division. I enjoyed helping people reach their goals and become healthier. Over the years, I’ve participated in many different types of activities. Everything from bodybuilding, power lifting, and strongman, to triathlons. I love all of them! I am CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit power lifting, MovNat Level 1, Combatives, and ACE personal trainer certified.

My name is Randal and I love being active! Ever since I was little, I always wanted to be outside and moving my body! Growing up I played baseball, football, basketball, and volleyball. In high school, I just focused on football and was a three year varsity letter and two year starter where I played slot receiver and outside linebacker. After graduating, I took what I learned in the high school gym and applied it in my home gym. It wasn’t until 2012, when I saw the Crossfit games on TV that it sparked an interest. I remember thinking I could do that, so I went in and got my butt whooped but fell in love with Crossfit’s methodology. In 2014, I became Level One certified and started coaching people out of my house. In late 2016, I was blessed with the opportunity to coach professionally at CF 91:10 where I fell in love with the atmosphere, the athletes, and the ability to actively participate in their health and fitness success!
